we had two weeks at the hollywood mirage also stayed at the Beverly hills club, All the staff were very kind. The two girls on the free Bus to the beach were cheerful. Linda and Mandy from the shop were very helpful and polite, it was a pleasure to go in and see them.
We went on a tour of the Resort as we were told this when booking our fantastic promotional offer over the phone with a nice young lady from the sales department . Lesley was our Rep, she was very kind polite and informotive we could not have wished for someone better to take us around the Resorts.......Thank you Lesley for your kindness and Thank you to the telemarketing team who old us this fantastic holiday at such a good price.....Well done to you at Silverpoint a company you can trust

The Hollywood Mirage offers lovely rooms and facilities. It is high above Los Cristianos of course and offers plenty of hills to get your exercise on.......much better than a gym! Plus a courtesy coach to the sea front and 2 sister hotels nearby. It is now owned by Silverpoint, a timeshare company.

Beverly Hills club in a studio apt . Quite adequate for a one week stay. Well furnished and equiped with an outside space. Visited on a promotional visit and knew we had to attend a presentation. Our consultant Alison Waterhouse was delightful. Although the presentation was longer than we anticipated we did not feel under any pressure to buy.
Our only complaint was the weather !!!!!!

My wife and I have just returned from a one week promotional holiday through Silverpoint at Hollywood Mirage.
The complex is situated at the top of a steep hill known as "cardiac Hill" as the name implies this location is not suitable for the disabled, infirm or anyone with walking problems. Having said that if you hired a car or made use of the taxi service or the courtesy bus you may well survive.
The complex is large and well maintained. We were allocated a studio on arrival (Room No 5202). Kitchen space is very small for preparing / cooking. It has a 2 ring cooker in place of the normal 4 rings, did not have a conventional oven but did have a dual microwave, crockery was OK but the cereal bowls were like a small dish you put sweets or pot purri in to sit on a table. Fridge was standard size with a small freezer compartment inside. No double bed as requested only twin beds. Poor supply of coat hangers but did get extra upon request. Lacked cupboard space for suitcases which meant they had to be left lying in the room.Furnishings were good quality. We requested high floor with sea view - got neither. Settee pulled down to make double bed which would be ok for family with children but not 4 adults as there would be no privacy. Air conditioning temperature could not be controlled as it was preset.
Internet Wi-Fi very expensive, 6 euros per day or 25 euros per week and you can only get it in reception area.
The promotion meeting was interesting and informative but time consuming - 7 hours. We did not receive the "Hard Sell" as I have read about many times from other reviews, ours was a more laid back casual approach, but still a sales pitch, at the end of the day that's why you were invited on holiday.
Overall the holiday was good, weather was good, what more can you ask for?
