When we arrived it was in the middle of the night,we collected the keys from the reception and was told how to get to our room.It was dark so we were unable to get a good view of the area so we went straight to bed. We were looking forward to a lie in the next morning but we were awoken to a pinging sound,we thought the sound would stop after a few minutes and we could return to sleep but the sound kept going on and on.I checked the time it was 8am. I looked out the windows and couldn't believe my eyes we were right beside a tennis club. When we had booked the hotel we had requested a room with a pool view. We complained about this at reception and was told that the hotel was fully booked and they were sorry there was nothing they could do. When we were sunbathing outside our room we had to put up with the constant noise and sunbathing in fear or being hit by a tennis ball as the balls were coming over the fence and landing beside me or on me.My advice to anybody who is thinking of staying in this hotel is to make sure you have a room with a pool view.Apart from that I could not fault the hotel in any other way. The rooms were spacious and clean,the pool was great and the staff was friendly.There was a small shop,bar and restaurant just outside the hotel.There was also a bus stop and taxi rank nearby. Maspalomas beach and Playa De Inglas was just a short bus ride away. The hotel was also in a very quiet location. There was also a shopping centre nearby that had a various selection of bars,shops and restaurants and there was also an amusement park for kids. Apart from the tennis club we enjoyed our stay in Maspalomas.

good pool, lots of sunbeds, reception friendly and very helpful, food ok when the restaurant is open, not run by the resort,cleaning staff friendly , linen changed couple times a week. resort in good position , 4 euro taxi ride from beach or playa de ingles, faro 2 not far away supermarkets 200 metres away.

The two last weeks in march, me and my wife visit this place. It was a pleasent time.
Everything needed for a couple in the mid fifties was present.
We got a apartment at the backside, with a view over a tenniscourt and a paintballarena. Not a very beautiful view, but who cares..:-) It was quiet area except during daytime when we heard the players.. We had sun from early morning to abour five, six in the afternoon.
The poolarea was very nice with a really luxius overflow pool.
The staff was very nice and helpfull, no complaints with cleaning...and no bugs :-)
Five minutes walk to the nearest supermarcado and ten minutes to Faro 2.
A long walk uphill to PDI and also a long walk to Faro lighthouse. Thank God for cheap taxi, only €3-4.
They had themenights three evienings/week. Very good food and nice but simple entertainment.
