what a dump no heated pool bar shut between 6.30.and 9.00 pm
food very basic mostly unable to eat .lived on salad and meals outside , had to pay for transfers to beach,only 2 staff on duty at meal times,no entertainment at all,nothing for kids to do ,pool so cold hardly anyone used it, would i go there again ,not on your life.

We are not fussy eaters but the food we had was very very poor, we were all inclusive. The children could not even get ice cream during most of the day due to being told by members of staff and the ice cream tubs being empty.The restaurant is a circus type TENT, damp, with plastic tables and chairs to eat off / sit on.
There is only a small area to sit in during the evening to have a beer in, again plastic chairs / tables, and this area is outside. I know its only a 2 star but you expect a reasonable restaurant, with proper chairs / tables and an inside area to sit / relax during the evening.The pool area is ok, with enough sun loungers etc.
The gardens are well kept, but the rooms are a bit damp / fusty.
Holiday world is a 2 minute walk away and has ten pin bowling, amusement fairground and a couple of bars which are reasonably priced. There is a shopping centre with a few restaurants, again reasonably priced and only 2 minutes away on foot. Crazy golf at the side of the shopping centre is a good laugh.
If you havent booked already then my advise is DONT.

what i booked was a cheep and cheerfull getaway, what i got was not cheep and a holiday from hell.
Bungalow was very very basic , not even a kettle for making tea, little cutlery or crockery.
In daylight we saw more, damp halfway up walls, plaster falling off walls, paint peeling off ceilings.clothesdamp and smellie by mid holiday
Fridge broken,ha ha . not broken but burnt out, big burn hole in top full of water , with bare electric wires at back of fridge. Resturant no more than a dirty , mouldy tent , food discusting, i may be fussy but hubbie Dave is not and he even had trouble eating.
Entertainment to be desired, Betty on a saturday OH if only she could sing, fashion show on wednesday , supprising what you can do with one piece of material, all this in a small mouldy tent with more bare wires showing (at child hight).
broken bed , tv not working , broken bathroom door handle ( (which i got locked in only got out with Daves help)

Sonora golf got shut down when we went and we were there for 4 days and we phoned our rep (Jackie) She Had no straight answers from them so they shut it down.one night we were supposed to have a reptile show but no show.Never book ure holliday there go to Green Oasis its the best xxx Kira 12 from west midlands
