We decided to book this property as it was peaceful and away from it all, on average the taxis, which the reception would call for you, cost e3.95 each way to the centre of Playa Del Ingles or the Yumbo area. We were sceptical as to whether or not the cleanliness would be up to scratch but this turned out ok, tip, clean up well and immediately after using your kitchen area, and you will avoid the unwanted creepy crawlies. All the rooms here are the same and none are better than the next, we found our terrace/patio to be private and there was no problems with noise from adjoining rooms. TV remote, and safe etc were subject to deposits and all english channels other than CNN cost e3.00 a day. There was often an awful smell around reception, usual drains issue, though this is pretty much the norm in Gran Canaria, personally i felt sorry for the rection staff, there were no such problems by the rooms.
All in all this was a very enjoyable stay and at a good price. For those of you that like pools, this hotel had a pretty good one, but as with all pools in Gran Canaria it was traditionally cold. Majority of guests were German, Middle Eastern and French. Car parking was free and WIFI was free in the reception area and unavailable in the rooms. The restaurant looked ok for poolside snacks although i would not recommend it for evening meals. Although we weren't there on holiday, this place did make it feel like one and all in all was a pleasant stay, i would return to this property and maybe even for a short holiday.
