The first review of this page has to be HOTEL princess and not BUNGALOWS princess where we talking about here. Seen the openinghours and earlyer expierences. This resort has been our holiday destination for the last 5 years, and for the next 5 years it will be also. Friendly staff and clean bungalows are hard to find in gran Canaria, but here they are. And remember that staff returns your mood, so if you are friendly, they are too.

The pool and pool side makes the critical difference and would grace many a 4 star hotel. All bungalow accomodation in a landscaped garden setting add further hints of superior quality, but density and absence of a vista does detract from the experience. And anyone serious about the self catering option, beyond bacon and egg and spag bol, will find the cooking facilities challenging.

Restaurant and pool side food is surprisingly acceptable with some quite good main dishes but an evening in the dining room and bar has all the atmosphere and charector of dining out in an airport lounge on a rainy Tuesday in January. Service often verges on the indifferent and is peppered with oddities such as you having to ask to get your phone connected, no porterage, no beach towels and bathroom towels that would be generous only as napkins or for dwarfs. Whether and when the rooms get serviced was rather random or perhaps linked to phases of the moon!

Although the location is hinterland the bus, taxi, or for that matter walking to Maspalomas beach, the market, shopping centres etc were all reasonable options. The main appeal is for those with children - as well as the pools there are various well worn but in the main operational games facilities and a kids club. In summary, the pool, low rise build, and landscaping lift the resort to above average for its category and we felt if was a good value offer for families in particular.

after spending 2 wks there we enjoyed ourselves very much we have booked to go back again november this yr, the bungalows were very clean ,the domestics were always smiling and singing and very polite, david the entertainer was great with the kids always getting them to do things brill holiday will be back again soon.n/b a holiday is what you make it

This was a fantastic holiday. Have been to Princess Bungalows on five occasions. Entertainment has always been good and this year the girl was brilliant and get everyone even the aduls taking part! The staff are friendly even the night staff say hello after they have been working all night. Had lunch by the pool every day because it was so good. Very close to the beach and Faro 2 so in ideal location. In short going back again because it just keeps getting better.
