1 october till 8 october , 1 st class hotel , staff 1 st class . only down side was the food not always hot , but will be going back next year , booked with lowcostholiday . com . stayed in room 4408 pool veiw and sea veiw .thanks for a great holiday nikki and martin .

Travelled on October 4th 2011 for 5 days.

Firstly I would like to say that we travelled with Travel Republic and when we got to Tossa Beach Hotel (sister hotel and better reviewed) we were not on the list and were given a room in Tossa Center Hotel. Although it appeared that this was a good thing, because Tossa Beach is louder at night and has more children, it would have been nice to get what we booked!

The hotel itself is nice and clean but nothing special and there are too many rules such as;
1. The bar does not open until 10 so you cannot have a Tea of coffee in the morning
2. The outside area closes at 11 (after that you are forced in)
3. The bar closes at 12 (after that you are forced to go into the reception area) etc... etc

The Pool is deep and freezing at all times of day (in October) also you cannot touch the bottom but there is a small children's pool which you can paddle in to cool down.

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful (although we received some incorrect advice, which thank good we did not follow) and spoke good English

The nightime entertainment is varied such as Parrot Show, Snake Show, Karaoke etc but while I was there it was not busy. I'm sure this will be better in peak times.

I was happy with this hotel and would not complain for the price I paid (£250 pp All Inclusive) but I must say that the food was not edible, also the resturant area smelt like sewege... not great in the mornings when you are feeling slightly sensitive from the night before.

Overall, I liked this hotel and the area. It was quiet and enjoyable and if I had any complaint it would be the food.

I would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a quiet relaxing break or a older people but not families with children.

Stayed for a week from 27th September 2011. Just to say thank you for a great stay. Hotel very clean, staff very friendly. Entertainment was not too good of an evening but did not spoil our stay.

A superb hotel in a fantastic resort on the costa brava just a 1hour 50 min flight from luton to gerona. and a 40 min transfer from the airport.very clean hotel food good. 24 hour cleaning going on. the hotel does not have arestaurant but you eat in the sister hotel the Tossa beach 10 yards away.
Dianne on reception is a great ambassador and gives a fantastic welcome.
Bunny and Ronny in the bar brilliant you only have to order a drink once and they remember.
Sherwood bar on the main street well worth a visit.
