We stayed at the Tossa Beach Hotel for 4 days and overall it was a good experience. The room we had was large, clean but above the main room for entertainment (more about that later) so every movement of a chair being moved could be heard in our room until the entertainment finished at midnight. The bathroom was a good size, the towels wern't. Generally the staff are polite and helpful althought I did get ticked off once for going to the bar in bare feet, this I though was a bit OTT. There was a good choice of food at each mealtime although it could be a bit hotter sometimes. You have to plan your day if you want sun by the pool as it is enclosed on 3 sides. Ok now to the entertainment, the highlight was the perfoming parrots, this gives you some idea of the standard, every night it was one man and his keyboard, one managed to wave with both hands while the full orchestral arrangement carried on (clever dick). Even the entertainments manager looked embarrassed. The hotel is in an ideal location for the beach - a 10 minute stroll, and the town centre - 15 - 20 minutes. The White road train at 4 euros which leaves from the bus station is well worth using to get your bearings and see the whole area. Would I go to the Tossa Beach Hotel again? Yes but i would ask for a different room.

My partner n I stayed at the beach hotel for a 4 day short break 18th oct the weather was great still got a tan and bikini White bits lol the hotel was great dont listen to people who like to complain if you want the Hilton then book the Hilton! For what we paid for this hotel it was amazing it was very clean and believe me I am a clean freak, the food was lovely ok you don't get fillet steak but I'm a fussy eater and had no problem putting on my holiday weight :-) the food was warm but if you want it red hot there is a microwave there to use, the staff are friendly and helpful if your nice to people they will be nice back. Overall tossa de mar is a beutifull place it's not party land and not much for kids to do but we are in our late 30s and had a great time it was the perfect place for hardworking people looking for a relaxing break.

Having stayed in toss a de mar 5 times we foolishly went for this hotel for the all inclusive option. Big mistake. Whilst the food was reasonable and it is undoubtably good value given all meals and drink are included it's big downside is it also attracts every english tourist who visits the resort.
If you have ever been to the resort and every now and then seen the football shirt culture and screaming kids and run a mile, this hotel is where they all stay. When you were in the hotel you may as well have been in Skegness.
That said if you are one of those people who go abroad to find the English bars and watch some footy, this hotel is the one for you.

This was our first holiday abroad and it was fab. The hotel was Lovely. It was cleaned constantly there was always a lady cleaning. The food was good plenty of choice even for my husband who is very fussy. The staff were good we got to know the bar staff to a point when when they saw us getting up out our chairs a drink was on the bar waiting for us. I found the staff very helpful and polite. I will definitely be going back. I know some of the reviews slate this hotel but it is what u make it. If you smile and say hello then others will smile. It cost nothing!!!!
