Stayed for a week in August 2011 and found the location and amenities satisfactory for our short break.The only down side was the very very long transfer from Barcelona airport by Door to Door (3 hours - longer than the flight into Barcelona!!!) Only to find that on arrival in Tossa the coach driver informed us that the bus station was as far as he could go. (quite understandable when we eventually got to hotel) If only some one had said at the time the hotel will pick you up from the bus station in the little pick up. All round a nice hotel for the price and would stay again if in the same location.

We have been there for 6 night and it was Ok. Close to the city center, and beach.Quiet hotel for couples.
One minus - we have to pay for water to lunch and dinner , but the rest was Ok.

This hotel is ideal for couples and young families. Don't go here if you have lots of teenagers who need occupying. The pool is quite small, but lovely to relax by. My daughter and I managed to get in our daily swimming lengths, as there were lots of quiet periods. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Clean towels every day and the food was good, with lots of choice. Evening entertainment was provided some days, but not very exciting. Close to the beach, but far enough away to avoid the noise of the town. Three good beaches - two small, one large - waves as well. Really good value for money. The best 3 star we have stayed at - I would recommend it.

After the long, long journey from Australia and a tedious coach trip from Barcelona airport through Lloret we couldn't have been more pleased by Hotel Neptuno. The check in by Marta was very friendly and our request for an upper floor sea facing room was fulfilled. The room was spotlessly clean and the view breathtaking. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent along with the friendly staff there. Well done Hotel Neptuno for making my first trip to Spain wonderfully memorable.
