Hotel Villa des Fleurs is a beautiful hotel and very well located to go to the Thermes de Spa (there's not really anything else to do).
The rooms are very spacious and clean.
This hotel is certainly to be recommended going to Spa, it's not cheap to stay there but still very good value for money since all hotels there are quite expensive.
A few things were not how it's supposed to be.
The towels are being washed with vinegar and a lot of it, so it's not really pleasant to dry yourself off with that.
I know it's good for the environment and the wallet but not really good for the noses of the guests.
The other thing that was a bit surprising was that for the 2 days we were there, we only got 1 kind of cheese and pre-made portioned chocolate paste, marmelade, butter, etc and for example no fresh ham or anything like this.
When I asked for it, both times they said they had run out ( the first time, I didn't really care because I couldn't eat anything anyway).
So for a 4-star hotel, I did find the quality of the breakfast not according to standards.
What I really need to warn everybody against the restaurant L'Auberge in the other Best Western-hotel a bit further down the road and from the same owner.
I had the ris de veau (sweetbreads) there, they were on the menu as suggestion from the chef
They weren't to be suggested at all since I got a minor food poisoning from it!!
That was a very bad way starting my relaxing weekend.
On the other hand, right next to the lift bringing you to the Thermes, there's a very nice restaurant, Le Tonnerie, it's a hotel as well, however as a hotel I do have my doubts.
