The hotel is just outside of Spa. Enough free parking spaces. Rates are quite high, but that's because of the turism of the city Spa. The hotel needs updating. Slow elevators, very, very small rooms. Breakfast in the morning was great! we wanted to see a movie in our room, but decided not to because of the price € 14,50 per movie!

This was my 4th stay at the Hotel since 2001, previous last stay was in 2004.

I always booked the Junior Suite side of the lake, not side of the road.

The rooms have been refurbished new carpet, a airconditioning unit which was the only thing missing before, flat screen TV, refurbished bathroom, etc...

I have always loved this hotel to come to rest and have a nice Holiday.

The cleanliness is excellent, the food and breakfast are excellent, the swimming pool is excellent.

Be sue to book a room not at the roadside of the hotel but at lake side.

I have had stays of 8 nights to stays of one night.

You can have a nice walk down th hill to Warfaaz lake and stroll around, getting to the centre of Spa is best done by ca, youy are also very close to the golf club.

The Hotel is expanding with a new very modern wing with 30 design roms which will open in summer 2009.

I certainly will go there again, with my family.

We spent 3 nights there, we were booked into a forest room which was facing the main road into Spa and had to be moved to the much quieter rear facing rooms, the main road is too noisy at night.

The bar closed at 11pm prompt - not too good for a 4star hotel.

They had no hotel transport into Spa, it's either a 10 Euro taxi ride or a long 40 minute walk.

The wellnes centre (we only used the pool) was 'ok', the towel arrangement was strange, no robes were provided, no slippers provided.

The breakfast was good.

We would not stay there again, but would stay at a hotel actually in the town.

We booked a 295 Euro wellness package. The advertised package included 2 nights in Junior suite, full day access to wellness center, 2 cures, 2 dinners, 2 breakfast and 1 lunch.

The suite was confortable, clean and had a nice view. The dinners were not very tasty. Breakfast was very good.

Service at the wellness center was very very poor. The staff did not turn up until midday. All the facilities were locked. Someone from the reception came around mid day to open. We could not get the cures due to lack of staff. Instead of relaxing, we were annoyed and very disappointed with the short break.

It is an ok hotel for business meetings. We would not recommend it if you are looking for a wellness / spa break.
