We had an education session in the hotel, everything was good - coffee breaks, meals etc. There were 3 or more other groups (from Siemens, Uniqa etc.), we all used more than one room and changed them frequently, but without any overlaps with other groups.
Nice room, but I expected more service from 4stars hotel - there was only soap in the room.
There were bicycles free of charge, small gym in the hotel, but very old and noisy.
Smoking people in the lobby - very big minus.

Hi, We have just returned from a weeks stay at City Hotel in Stockerau,and this hotel has really good qualities.To start with, our rooms were spacious with a huge window overlooking a yard and roofs.We were on the third floor.The lift was fast but sometimes crowded when all our tour arrived we had to wait a while.The buffet breakfast was very good.Alot to choose from. Although our holiday brochure stated 3 course meal in the evening ,we had a surprise as we had buffet the whole week and could choose whatever we liked from a variety of dishes and salads.Lovely food.I loved the soup with tomatoes,bacon and veg. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff. A few metres down the road there is a small shopping centre with shops like Clockhouse,C&A kids etc. Next to the hotel there is also a small supermarket. On the other side, to the left of the hotel , one can walk a few paces and turn right and find a lovely garden with a pond and wooden bridge.The hotel is about 3/4 of an hour from Vienna by coach.We also visited Hungary ,also by coach but was not worth the trip as we spent 4hours going,1 hour in traffic sight seeing in Budapest,then 1 hour shopping and 4hours going back.We visited Brno in Czech Republic which I liked and Slovakia.Melk and Maria Zell are beautiful places.I would recommend this hotel as we had a very comfortable stay there.
