Situated in the oldest part of the city, a must to stay here to see the sights. Emma our host was very helpful, showing us where we could park the car, even bringing us a beer on the house to dring on the private patio. She has even written a tour of the city with highlights of where to see. Rooms were a little basic but this did not detract from the wonderful stay. the casa Campana is packed with history - even a 14th century fetility symbol built into the wall - one tip - dont bring a big car to theis part of the city - you wont get in as the streets are very, very narrow All in all - we loved our stay and will be back

It was great to have all the space we got as we stayed in the apartment. Our son got his own room. It was nice to have access to the roof top terrace. Be aware that no breakfast is included. Guests have their breakfast at one of the cafés close by. We had breakfast at the Parador, which was a great experence, rather expensive, but worth the money.

Casa Campana is in an atmospheric and wonderful location next to an old church, right in the middle of the old quarter of Arcos. Our room was simple and cosy, leading on to a great roof terrace, perfect for chilling out and admiring the views. Our two night stay was very peaceful. Jim is a genuine and excellent host with a wealth of local knowledge. We would have stayed longer and hope to return!

The most magical part of our 7 week overseas trip was our stay at Casa Campana & Arcos de la Frontera.The warm welcome from Emma & her Family set the tone for our 4 day stay - nothing was too much trouble for them - help in finding where we had parked our car & then guiding us (very patiently) to a much better spot. help with local info, ice, washing - nothing was too much trouble. It was wonderful. Sitting, at the end of busy day of sightseeing, on the roof overlooking the most magnificent views then wandering down the meandering streets deciding where to have Dinner made Casa Campana just the perfect location. Arcos is ideally located within easy reach of Medina, Jerez, Gibralter, Tarifa, Cadiz - we had the most wonderful time touring the whole area.If you have time do the day trip to Tangiers - a real highlight for us!!!!.
