Stayed at the Giardinetto as part of a hiking trip through Ticino. Compared to the four other Minotels at which we stayed, the Giardinetto was comfortable, but not the best. It was a bit modern looking - which I guess is fine considering that Biasca is comparatively a metropolis and not quite cozily situated on the mountainside, therefore the Swiss chalet-style would seem contrived. But the rooms were incredibly small, and I'm not one to be fussy about that. But they were clean, up to Swiss hotel standards, had a nice shower, satellite TV and a mini-bar, which is nice if you're desperately thirsty in the middle of the night. The hotel and its attached restaurant are both bustling. The restaurant was great and, quite frankly, one of the best places to eat in town. It has a huge outdoor patio and an extensive menu consisting mostly of pizza and pasta. Don't miss their ice cream (many locals stop in specially!). The hotel's breakfast was also the best out of all of the hotels I stayed at - very extensive selections of breads, pastries, yogurts, cereals, fruit, etc. Some street noise can be disturbing if the windows are open.
