We spent two nights there on a holiday. Had a room with lakeview and balcony, view extremely stunning and worth the extra cost. Although it was extremely hot, the lake lets the atmosphere cook off nicely during the night. Although centrally located, quite quiet. The room was smallish, the beds ok, but I've had better ones, the funriture old-fashioned and not up to the price. The bath, though, was very new and quite modern.
Dinner (outside and near the lake) was average at best, breakfast below average (not much choice of bread, and they close a lot earlier than advertised), and the staff at the restaurant/breakfast area was not very friendly, the staff at reception, on the other hand, was nice and helpful.
There are no nice public rooms to use for the hotel guests (except the restaurant), so the small size of the room becomes more of a problem.
