We had the pleasure to start inquiring early with Carla from the booking to be sure that the rooms and the area of the Hotel was what we would be looking for. We were with the Diamond status officially upgraded to a Junior Suite, but when we got there, we even had a huge and wonderful 2 bed rooom suite. Everything looked brand new and we saw that as soon as a guest leaves, they clean and repair and paint everything. Very professional. The staff at the breakfast were so nice and baby friendly. They brought us everything and even though we usually came 15 minutes before the end of the breakfast, nobody rushed us. For the new year, we could not go to the Dinner due to our baby, but we ordered room service like every day and that evening we got a good brand of champagne for free as well. The area is residential and quiet which is what we were looking for. Also all pictures on the Internet really depict the reality of the Hotel. The SPA was also nice, although not amazing and some staff appeared to be a little arrogant at times. Here , i would only rate 4 out of 5 points. The plunge pools are enjoyable, but also not overly exicitng. However, we would definitely come back to the Hotel and I must say, it surely is one of the Top Hiltons in terms of service and friendliness. Thank you.

Stayed here for the first time last week on a Pro Am tournament with 100 colleagues.
1) Rooms... We upgraded to an appartment and it was well worth it. So many good features but here are some.....Huge,comfy beds, quality bathrooms with slippers and robes, large lounge and balcony, great kitchen area with everything you have at home...fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, quality cuttlery ans crockery....the list goes on. 2)Reception....All staff really friendly and nothing was too much trouble from taxi bookings, restaurants and golf reservations.
3) Restaurant....Only ate breakfast here but open early with huge choice as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Ommeletes, eggs all cooked fresh, pastries, cereals, breads, fruits, bacon, sausages, cheeses, salads etc,etc the list goes on.
4) Bar....very very expensive....47 euros for 4 drinks is too much....no-one in there because of this. Cheaper to get a return taxi to the marina to buy a drink.
The only negative about this hotel was the bar prices. When are these large hotel chains going to learn that we dont like being rippes off !! Otherwise keep up the good work. Rooms also spotless....well done all the staff from the housekeeping/cleabing department.

Just returned from a 3 nights stay at Hilton Vilamoura. Everything you can expect for a 5* hotel. Staff is amazing, efficient and very friendly. I'm not good with names, but all very kind. We felt very welcomed upon arrival, during breakfast, for a late night Hilton Burger in the bar and during check out. Well done team! The pool area is beautiful, rooms are spotless including walk in shower, bathtub and balcony. Don't miss out on 7Seven Spa which was a warm surprise during 'winter' time. Highly recommended and hopefully will be back during Summer!

Spent Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and left on Boxing Day. Had a suite over looking the Golf course. Sat on the balcony on a lounger on Christmas day the weather was that good. That of course doesn’t make it a good hotel. it just is. The restaurant food is passable. Though the breakfast is excellent. The bar tender from Cape Verde makes a wicked cocktail. Having Stayed there a couple of times I can say the rooms are clean and large. It is very child friendly, and the staff excellent. Cannot fault it apart from the restaurant buffet. Give it a go.
