very problems with the reserve: first don't replay to any email i sent to hotel, next i have a to call to hotel reception first don't have a standard room and only have a suite +45eur after by girlfriend call for the hotel they have a standard room for us on the same day after this when arrives to the room in the hotel don't have the all products included i have to call to the reception asking for the products i have to wait about 30min, in the morning don't came with the breakfast to the room until 11 i have to call again to the reception, after this the breakfast coming without bread, i have to call again asking from the bread, after i confirm in the last night if i have right to use the late check out, on the 13:00 i receive call from the reception to leave the room. is this hotel a 4* our a 2* with this problems
