“Hotel not bad, food was excellent.”

The hotel was just average, typical for a small town, the front desk staff doubled in the restaurant as the front desk was basically in the restaurant. The room was clean, no real issues there. The whole hotel was a bit run down, but for the money it was ok. What amazed us was the food, we ordered room service and were suprised to receive food similar to that found in a 5 star hotel. The presentation and taste of the food we ordered was top notch! I took our plates back down the the restaurant to give my thanks to the chef for an amazing job, but he had left for the evening. We stayed at this hotel because we were leaving on the ferry to Vlieland in the morning, and it was only a few miles away. If your'e not picky, this hotel will suffice, the food made the whole thing well worth it.
