We were put up unexpectedly in the Courtyard for one night courtesy of KLM due to us missing our onward connection from the UK as a result of bad weather.

From catching the shuttle bus at the airport to checking out, the friendliness of the staff was second to none.

The shuttle bus driver was very informative letting us know the timings of the journey the following morning would be longer due to traffic. He was personable and chatty.

The hotel is clearly geared to business and transit travellers and as such has all the amenities that you should need - wi-fi access in the lobby / business centre. The lounge / lobby area is very cosy with an open fire and comfy leather chairs - home from home!

There is a bowling alley next door and a lovely park behind the hotel (although we didn't venture outside because we were in "hot climate" clothing due to our onward business destination - we were not geared for -13). As a result of this, we also didn't really make us of any of the other hotel facilities.

My room was modern and well-maintained. The bar area is very pleasant and the bar staff who were were serving on the evening of Monday February 6th were extremely delightful and funny,.....we had a fun filled evening full of laughter!

The food (evening meal and breakfast) was very fresh and tasty. The breakfast had a particularly large and impressive selection. Again the staff were very very friendly and pleasant.

All in all, this was a very enjoyable stay made even more enjoyable by the first class friendliness of ALL the staff - all of whom should be commended for their smiles, helpfulness and customer service!

Vey nice hotel, large room, nice bathroom. Convenient shuttle to the
airport (don't forget to reserve a space). Too bad we only stayed one night.

Nice place, far from amsterdam center, good place to relax, go out to the park in the back of the hotel.
If you want to go the the city center, you have to go to the airport and take a train. You can use the shuttle to the airport but you have to pay every time you go.

It was a nice hotel but quite a distance from the airport (10-15 mins), and I think due to the distance, the hotel charges for the shuttle, I think it was 5 euro per person/ride, and not as frequent as you'd like.

Hotel was good, clean, and spacious.
But, it wasn't near that many restaurants or attractions.

Staff was generally friendly and nice, but experienced a bit of a hassle when we're asking for hot water or borrowing their microwave for our infant daughter food.
