“Good second stay and will return”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 November 2011

I stayed here for a second time on a business trip. I knew what to expect and got what I expected, a comfortable stay in a good location for the exhibition centre.

The staff were friendly and helpful. On my last stay the reception desk staff were fairly slow, this time the receptionists seemed a little more on the ball.

I expect to be back in the area in the future and will stay again, but I will be asking for a room that does not face onto the atrium. The room was a little noisy due to the atrium and it wasn’t possible to get fresh air.

If you need to be in the area of the exhibition centre this hotel is a good choice.

“clean hotel reasonably priced”

Booked for a city break with famiy. Easy access from the Paris ring road. Secure car park in the basement with lots of space - park close to the lift if you have luggage! Check-in was smooth. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, though there was a faint aroma of tobacco as I stepped into my 'non-smoking' room. 'Air-conditioning' was inefficient and we had to leave the window open on all the 3 nights. The hotel is a good 5 minute walk from the Pte de Versailes Metro station - but it is a safe walk even at night. Breakfast was standard fare - good quality. The best bit was that I was not charged for parking - saving me 70 euros!

“Not so great”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 October 2011

We had our meeting at the hotel, so it was a given choice.

My room was labelled non-smoking but a strong smell of tobacco smoke was quite annoying. Also, no fridge in the room was a disappointment. The hotel is fairly well located for the exhibition are, albeit on the opposite side from the entrance gates.

Average is the best that can be said I guess, I will stay somewhere else the next time I am in Paris

“Exhibition stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 October 2011

Hotel is perfectly located for exhibition at Hall 7 of the Exhibition Centre. Services are very friendly and I was sattisfied with the stay.
Rooms are fine, large, clean.
Access to Metro is also easy, walking distance.

“Clean rooms but bad service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 August 2011

We stayed here at the beginning and end of a tour, so I didn't actually choose it myself. The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit noisy if you get a "window" overlooking the inside atrium with people talking below. There was a lot of choice at breakfast but they constantly ran out of items, i.e. bowls, spoons, tea bags, white bread, juice - and didn't replenish till asked. At the end of our tour, we arrived late only to find that several of us (who were sharing with strangers) had actually been given rooms with double beds instead of twin. Instead of apologising the reception staff just seemed cross as though it was our fault, but eventually brought fold up beds. One was even quite rude to my room mate and said he couldn't even tell her what room she was in when she was late. The lifts didn't all seem to be working at the same time which caused problems.
This hotel is situated quite a way out of the centre of Paris, but by it's name, handy for Versailles.

Room Tip: Not overlooking the atrium.
