We stayed at Lindos View for two weeks during September 2009,because of reviews on TripAdvisor,and we were not disappointed.The split level room,with two single beds on second floor and a double on first,was clean and spacious with white walls and tiled floor.The bathroom had bath/shower and was also big enough for the pair of us.The kitchen had two cooking rings and all utensils needed for our two weeks.The balcony was also roomy with enough space for table and four chairs and the view was not bad either looking out to sea and just catch sight of The Acropolis.
You also have a choice of pools which are well looked after and cleaned every morning.
The evening entertainment was ok as well with Greek nights and good babecue which cost a little extra but well worth it.
All in all a good holiday apart from a few noisey early mornings at the hotel bar which was open twenty four hours and attracted peolpe from other hotels/apartments and the slippery surfaces around the pools and bar/reception area which caught us both out on a few occasions.
Would we go back,yes is the answer once we have finished exploring other hotels/apartments in the area.

My husband and I had a lovely 2 week holiday in Lindos in July this year.

We arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning along with a few other groups on the same package deal. We were the first to check in and the reception man was a bit short with us when we asked him to activate the air conditioning in the room. He said he had to check all of the groups in, then show us all to our rooms and then we could come back down to reception and he would do the air con...a bit frustrating but hey we got over it!

We had paid for one bedroom apartment and I emailed the hotel a week or so before we arrived to ask for a nice room with a good view and they didn't disappoint. We had an amazing more or less uninterupted view of the acropolis in what was a very modern room by Greek standards, with a four poster bed and mood lighting in the shower and toilet. The room was very spacious for the 2 of us but would be cosy with any more people.

Only a few small complaints... After all the hassle with the air-con, have to say it was a little bit disappointing and some days I wasn't even sure if it was working as it seemed to be having very little effect but we were there in the middle of a heatwave so difficult to judge. One day it did stop working altogether but after informing reception they got a very nice man to come and fix it very quickly even though it was a Sunday. Only other small thing is that the floor of the room didn't appear to get cleaned for the whole 2 weeks we were there, I suppose we should have said something but didn't want to get our very lovely maid into trouble!

We spent the first few days by the bigger pool by the main road but it was incredibly noisey as it was more child friendly (I'm not child friendly in the slightest!) then we moved round to the quieter pool at the back which was much more our kind of thing. Both pools were kept very clean.

Lindos itself is a lovely little village with lots of nice bars, shops and restaurants. We walked down to the village every night and have to admit that the walk back wasn't always the most fun. We did get the odd taxi but they were a bit expensive for what was proabably only a mile or so!

All in all, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend the Lindos View.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in Lindos view for a week beginning the 31st of August, but we wished it was longer.
I cannot fault this hotel, staff were friendly, breakfasts were amazing, two pools which were both impeccably clean, just a short walk away down the hill to Lindos town and then there was the apartment!
Where do I start with the apartment? I emailed Yannis before our arrival as I read on tripadvisor he would do his utmost to meet your needs. I asked for a refurbished room, as it was mine and my boyfriends first holiday that we had been looking forward to for years, we wanted it to be perfect and perfect it was!!!
It was clean, modern and refurbished to the highest standard.We had a late flight home so we paid extra to stay later, however they said we would have to move to another room which we had no problem in doing as we had seen the non-refurbished apartments and these were fine and also very clean.
Lindos itself has everything, shops, rooftop restaurants, history, stunning beaches and cocktail bars open till late. We even took a trip to the acropolis where the views were breathtaking even if the sun was scorching.
Overall we had the most fantastic week, we are struggling to find anywhere else to go now as we feel it will not meet up to the standards of our perfect holiday at Lindos and Lindos View.

I went to Lindos in July, and got married there. We stayed at Lindos View. Our room was really lovely, light and airy. The aircon was a lifesaver, as in July the heat reached crazy temperatures. The pools were lovely, and the food in both the restaurant and the bar was really good.
The hotel is about 10 minute walk from the centre of Lindos. There is a shuttle that runs from near by into the town centre, we used it for getting back up the hill, but enjoyed the walk down.
Most of the staff were really helpful, with the exception of one guy behind the bar.
As the hotel is out of the town itself there is a lot of waste land surrounding the hotel, but the town is beautiful and the beach is great too.
We were there for a week, just the 2 of us and our friends and family joined us for the 2nd week. The hotel was really welcoming of our group, but we were in no way rowdy. I even had my hen do at the Lindos View, we went to the greek night. It was really good fun. Th buffet was lovely, lots of traditional greek food and then the night ended with us joining in with some greek dancing. Highly recommended.
