Jaca is a lovely little town with lots of awesome hiking and a fun city center. The Hotel Reina Felicia, however, is about a mile and a half walk to the downtown and it's location is behind a grocery store in the middle of a sea of brand new apartment buildings that no one seems to be living in. The hotel is shiny new European modern design, but it's clearly not doing so well financially and things are not being maintained. For example, half of the swimming pool is closed because of large cracks in the cement and the first room we were placed in had a Terrible sewer gas problem! The second room we were in had no smell, but the windows open onto a commuter parking lot and several of the shelves in the closet were broken. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the staff is nice, but the overall feel was bizarre--definitely not deserving of its 4 stars! Stay somewhere else for half the price. Oh yeah, and we booked a double room, but they only had twin single beds pushed together--a problem we encountered repeatedly throughout Spain!
