Passing through from the south of Spain back to Scotland with my family and small dog. This hotel was very easy to find just off the AP1. The hotel was modern, clean with spacious rooms and free wifi. Staff were very friendly and courteous. We dined in San Sebastian is a 10 minute drive away.

The hotel advertises a Restaurant. This should read Breakfast Room. After a long day's travel, there were no dinner facilities, there was only Pizza to be delivered to the hotel.We had to drive into the centre of the town to find a restaurant. Otherwise, clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a bit steep at €10.90 for basically a Continental meal.

Also, prices were advertised as including VAT, but VAT was in fact added to the account.

booked a last minute trip to san sebastian and needed accommodation for 3 nights. the tryp was the only reasonably priced place we found for all three nights at 105 EUR a night. the pictures from the hotel website made the hotel and rooms look modern, clean and comfortable albeit with the sterile feel of a large chain (part of sol melia). when we arrived we thought we'd come to the wrong place. the building looked poorly maintained, the building are beside the check in area seemed to be some sort of apartment/squatter building with laundry hanging outside. we got to the rooms and they were SMALL, totally lacking in character, slightly dingy, cheap fixtures/furniture/bedding etc. we also had a terrace "view" of the interstate. i would NOT recommend this place and would NOT stay there ever again. we tried to stay out as long as possible as it was so depressing to come home to.

20 Km from San Sebastián. 10 Km from Saint Jean de Luc.

If you are travelling by car, and on the money. This is an excellent choice.
