My family stayed at the hotel for ten days, to include over the Semana Santa (Holy Week) period. The hotel is nearly adjacent to the old market, next door to a small grocery store, a five-minute walk from the main square and numerous restaurants, and within walking distance of many city sights. The front desk staff was extremely courteous, helpful, friendly, and were well versed in English. The room was clean and spacious. The extra 11 Euro per day for parking was worth the investment, particularly when returning to the hotel late at night when public parking was near non-existent. We did not use the hotel restaurant as there were so many other available options nearvy. Some might not enjoy noises from the street, and particularly if the balcony doors are open. But for me, the sounds of people enjoying life and random Mopeds scooting by provided for an accurate Spanish city environment. We would definitely return to the hotel, and particularly if wanting a place to stay for special events scheduled to be held in the city.

Booked this Hotel for it's low cost, as we were travelling to Jerez for Formula 1 testing at the local circuit. All reception staff spoke fantastic English (it made up for our appalling Spanish!), and were very helpful in getting us transport to and from the circuit each day.

Room was very nicely decorated, with a balcony looking out onto the narrow Jerez streets. Hot water was a little patchy, but only served to wake us up! Breakfast was served in a small restaurant area, with a very-well attended to Continental selection.

Will definitely stay here again if going back to Jerez.

We stayed, parents and son, 4 nights in this hotel.
The personnel at reception could not have been more helpful for all sort of advice such as Flamenco evening, zoo, bodegas... and very professional.
The rooms were well appointed and very clean with good beds and efficient soundproofing.
The breakfast room itself is a bit sad and the breakfast not terribly exciting!
Finally, it was very easy to find, even without a sat.nav., so well situated for visiting this great town and it was a real bonus to be able to use the adjacent car park.

This hotel was very well located within walking distance to the center of the town and many Bodegas like Tio Pepe. The hotel offered parking at 11 Euros per day, unfortunately our car was too big and were unable to park. Next option was many blocks away in the middle of nowhere. The hotel itself is very well kept, clean and cozy. We had problems with the hot water, coming in and out while taking a shower. The noise level was high at all times, if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. At first the staff was very helpful and nice, then when we were unable to attend to a flamenco show they have reserved for us and proceeded to charge our account, they got nasty and rude.
