We had not much time to choose an Hotel to stay in Cáceres, so we decided we could trust Trip Advisor for our two days trip, on the carnival . The #2 Trip Advisor's most popular Hotel of the city proved to be exactly what we expected: nice, big, clean and silent rooms (if you´ll be on de first floor as we were, and you close the room's lobby doors, you'll be able not to hear the delicious but never ending Spanish people talking and laughing downstairs) and honest either English and Continental breakfasts.
At the reception everyone was polite and helpful, giving the right indications on city´s restaurants.
Not being near to the casco won't be a problem only if you travel by car, of course.
On the other hand, being quite near the route to Malpartida de Caceres, where we intended to visit the delightful, amusing and unique Vostell Museum was a nice surprise, I must say.
A good value for money. We would definitely go back.
