Although a quite regular business guest of this property I remember having switched three rooms the last time I checked-in there as they were whether dirty or not cleaned up after the departure of the previous occupants.

I found in each of them, ranging from stains on the linnen to food left over on bed and desk; that was rather terrible and even making me think of simply quit the hotel and think of other possibilities to spend the night over.

Dinner could have been good if they hadn't come to move me out from my table saying the table was already reserved, note that this occured after I had my first course!!!
I thought I didn't hear well, yet they confirmed the table was reserved for someone else...
Ok, I moved to another one, I finished my dinner while thinking that was the last one I would have in that property.

All in all, I doubt I will ever get there again given the lack of profesionalism.

I love to go there a few times a year, just to relax. The food is a bit of a gamble, If you are lucky its ok sometimes exellent.Menu price about 40€, but drinks rather expensive.
Bring your own pringles, a box cost a staggering 8 €.
What is really a disapointment is that you still have to pay for WI-FI, something that is free in every Hilton or Hampton inn I' ve ever been to in the States. Even Mc gives it for free in the Netherlands nowadays.Staf told me they can' t convince the manager ..

The room suited our needs, however the shower head kept falling down as it was loose. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of options. We were traveling with our daughter and wanted a clean, comfortable place to stay that was child-friendly. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, her cotbed (provided by the Hilton staff), and breakfast. The room service option was also nice. Only about 25 minutes to Amsterdam by car.

Stayed at this property as a weekend retreat after a day away with the children. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming. At check-in, we were immediately recognised as returning guests.

The deluxe room was spacious with a separate toilet to the bathroom. The bathroom is roomy with a shower and a bath. The bedroom was large and modern with some nice touches with comfortable chairs and outside furniture on the balcony.

The facilities at this property are amazing with a spa and a well-proprtioned swimming pool and sauna. The hotel sits on the edge of a golf course bordering on the forests and dunes around Soestduinen, so for the sports person in you, trying to get out, their are ample opportunities to get out and get some fresh air and exercise!

The breakfast is served normally in the restaurant opposite to the front desk and was the usual Hilton set up with all the trimmings. Service was personal and it was nice to see familiar faces like Viefke who stopped to talk to our son, whom she remembered!

This attention to the finer parts of customer service certainly set this property apart.
