This hotel was my first stop after arriving to Italy at FCO. It was relatively easy to find and it was on my way south, so the location was good for me (yet doesn't seem to be good for people who want to visit Rome).
It seemed relatively empty but the overall experience was fine. If possible, I would give it a 3.5 rate, but having to choose between 3 and 4, "average" is a better description. The facilities were OK in general, yet there were some issues: the Wifi connection that hardly worked; the AC that didn't want to cool the room (probably was set to heat since the October nights can be cold; I opened the window); the chair was not convenient (no back rest); and the room didn't have enough light for reading/writing.
The service was nothing to write home about; they could speak English but I didn't get much help when asking about places to see around the area and the cleaning lady insisted on waking me up in the morning despite the "please don't disturb" sign on the door.
Other than that, I slept quite well and breakfast is standard in Italian terms, again - nothing to write about.
