It's really Villa Scary! Seven of us booked 4 rooms for 2 and 3 nights. When we arrived, the hotel was nothing like the pictures on their website and the lobby was filled with cigarette smoke. We knew we wanted to leave, but the others were coming later so we had to stay so we could all meet up and make other arrangements. We told the hotel we would agree to stay 1 night, but we would leave in the morning. They argued with us and told us we had reservations, and said we could not cancel them. Not only were there dogs barking inside and outside of the hotel all night long, the hotel actually charged us for the nights we said we would not be staying (even with with the 24 hour notice)!
