What an amzing hotel. Stayed for four nights didn't want to leave. Waking up in the morning to the birds singing and the rustling of the leaves on the trees. Go onto the balcony and look over the beautiful kept grounds to the stunning Umbrian scenery. The room was huge - the most comfortable hotel bed ever. The bathroom was large with loads of hot water. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff are so friendly with nothing too much trouble. Delfina is close to road links to Rome but there is no traffic noise just peace and quiet. We ate in the restaurant and that was equally fantastic. Not expensive and beautifully cooked. Would recommend this hotel and we will certainly return hopefully later this year

We've stayed just one night at this marvelous hotel in Foligno. The hotel is new and the furniture are trendy. They have a giant garden with roses and olive trees. The view from the windows are spectacular and relaxing. The TV has many channels, the room are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel is easy to be found, but it's a bit away from the city centre. The restaurant was closed when we were there, and we'd drive to a restaurant to dinner. Then, the hotel is more recommended if you are travelling by car.
The wi-fi Internet isn't free, you pay by a day use.

I went to Foligno to find a friend and booked the "Palm Sunday" weekend at this hotel. There is a bit of distance from the train station but only a 10 minute taxi ride.

The staff was very cordial and the room was just perfect with a countryside view from the balcony. I did not expect this for a hotel in an unknown town like Foligno. However, it's perfect for a getaway to Rome (1.5 hour train ride) or Assisi (20 minute train ride). When and if I go back to Foligno I will definitely stay there again.

Location: Delfina Palace Hotel, is easily reached from the Superstrada (exit foligno nord) and is very well signalled. Ideal for those travelling with a car for a tour in Umbria. Though being so near to the SS it is situated in a peaceful and quiet oasis - unique for anyone running away from the chaotic city life!
Reception: Efficient and very kind.
Room & bath: Large, comfortable, clean, quiet and well serviced.
Breakfast: self-service, but above average.
Overall it was a wonderful experience, in a nearly new Hotel.
