I spent 1 night here - admittedly high season - but felt that 220 euros for the night in a double room (no.108), with a view on the side of the building looking over the car park and into next door's yard, and with a bathroom which was so small that ONE person alone could hardly move in it (I am a slim male, not usually challenged by small spaces), where the shower had a shower curtain (clean, but unbelievably tacky when we were paying so much). I cannot recommend this establishment, apart from excellent reception staff and a decent breakfast. We felt especially cheated after our night in a great design hotel in Hamburg for 160 euros which included a stylish, imaginative and very generous breakfast. We won't be going back to Sylt in a hurry! This was the most disappointing part of our stay in northern Germany
