My dad and I booked a room in this hotel for a period of 2 weeks during the world cup and it was the biggest mistake we ever made. They did not change our sheets, make the beds, or change the towels. Our room had only mesh curtains so we were up at the crack of dawn with the sunlight and the smell of the restaurant downstairs resinated to our room on the 3rd floor (no elevators). They said they have internet access, but what they really have is an internet cafe next door. The bread we ate for breakfast was frozen and served up again the following day. We moved to another hotel as soon as we could. In the new hotel we met a tour group who shared that their experience in the same hotel. A member of the tour group asked for the hotel rating after inspecting the rooms and finding that the sheets in some of the rooms had not been changed and bathroom in one of the rooms was dirty. They hotel manager said they are a 3 star hotel, but their stars are not posted because they don't have any. It may have been a three star hotel before the new management took over, but I'd be generous if I gave them 1 star.
