We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Based on the reviews, it thought to be a good hotel.
The stuff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was very good and that is all. The rooms are very old and require an urgent renovation. We had a leak from the toilet and thus a devil smell. The bed was very uncomfortable - mountains and hills style. The bathtub.... It has one tiny door which mission is to protect from spraying water in all directions. However, it is too small for this important role. So, be carefull when you put your clothes and etc. they will get wet!!! Definitely, the cleanliness is not the first doubt of this Holiday inn. In addition, our room was on the 1 floor, but there was no elevator for this floor. We had to carry the luggage up the stairs which is very strange for 4 stars hotel.
In sum, this is not a 4 stars hotel. It can be good for one-night stay before flight.

This is the third time we've stayed here. Each time has been a pleasure. Very quiet. Staff speak English. The chips are divine. There's a restaurant on site which is OK. The breakfast is European buffet style and is more than adequate. A mile down the road is a shopping centre with McDonald's. We stayed 3 nights and will go back. You can't hear the airport at all. Top class

We only stayed here one night after flying into Geneva, but the hotel was great. The room was spacious, and clean. The bathroom sink had a lot of counter space around it, which was great for us having to wash some baby bottles and things. The room service was Ok. The location is pretty boring, definitely beautiful surroundings but no activities nearby with the exception of a small shopping area a 5 minute drive away. Geneva is only a 20 minute drive away though which had plenty of things to see and do. We would definitely stay here again if needed, but most likely would stay closer to Geneva if possible.

This is a very nice hotel and convenient for Geneva Airport. Typical Holiday Inn rooms - clean and spacious.There was a lovely lounge and bar area in the hotel. We had the dinner, bed and breakfast rate which saved us thinking about finding somewhere else to eat. The dinner buffet starters and desserts were very good with so much choice. We found that the breakfast buffet didn't seem to be replenished once people had eaten from it - there were a few empty plates on the buffet when we got there. The hotel runs a free shuttle to Geneva Airport which was very handy as it only took about 20 minutes. A very good hotel to stay before flying out of Geneva.
