The hotel provided a good customer service thanks to staff availability. I have found great answer to my questions. The room was very confortable and quiet eventhough the hotel is located near a highway with an important traffic.
The only negative point to me was the location of the hotel, far from public transportation.

We booked three rooms for three people each for new year celebrations in Paris. The location of the hotel is okay. The nearest metro station is 5-10 minutes by foot. It is quite close to Chinatown where you can find nice but reasonably priced food. Although the area is not really nice.

The rooms themselves are okay. For the price we paid they were absolutely fine. Although we had some malfunctions with the flushing of the toilet and the window in one room and had to change the room twice, which was a little bit annoying.

The big downside for us was the car parking garage. The underground garage was too small for the smallest cars that we could rent. We managed to scratch the walls with both cars (as many people before us had - marking on the walls were clearly due to earlier accidents).

Overall a very cheap place to stay, very good value for money, but maybe only, if you don't need to park your car.

Very good location for an overnight stop when travelling through Paris. Reception staff excellent. A great location for access to local restaurants. The rooms were compact but functional. A small extra charge for a secure car park with a 1.9m height limit.
