This hotel is qutie a walk from the metro station Porte d'Italie, which is situated in a corner of Paris, quite away from the city attractions. But at the very least, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was not much to complain about. Nothing overly impressive, but I had a decent stay at this hotel.

Rooms small , interesting bed configuration (comfy double with single bunk on top) , no telephone , small bathroom , sink in room , small shower.....but you are in Paris for 55 Euro per night.
5 Min. walk to Metro (needed unless on Langhout or other bus tour) little parking if any , lots of construction but close-by neighberhood full of fun Restaurants , bars and local shops (10 min. walk)
An excellent free breakfast , a 55 Euro Hotel with a local 20 Euro dinner (or less) and a 3 Euro bottle of wine , and all of that in Paris???? No complaints
The trick......try to find the place!!!!

Nice hotel, easy to find the metro and nice restaurants in the neigbourhood.
Good breakfast. Location of hotel is a bit less but windows withhold the streetnoise a lot. Early checkin and late checkout posible.

The hotel is situated on the Peripherique, 5 min away from two of the stops of line 7 of the metro and therefore a very good starting point to explore Paris which was our idea. Brand new shopping center at 5-10 minutes walking distance.
The rooms are small size but if you just spend the nights in the hotel it's OK. Big advantage is the free WiFi. Comfortable bed, bathroom of fair size (separate room and not integrated as in other hotels of this type), everyday cleaning and change of towels etc.. Good breakfast (especially the coffee).
If you don't want to spend too much money on the accommodation while discovering Paris, this hotel is recommended. All basic needs will be covered, no more no less.
