It's cheap, near the RER station, rooms have good kitchenette with microwave, gas burner and minibar, so you don't need to eat out every meal. Windows open. But no AC and the heater in not working efficiently, hot water may finish in the middle of a shower. it has a good indoor swimming pool that is heated in winter.

This hotel was a BIG disappointment. It was a last minute booking as our usual hotel (Holiday Inn) was full. We booked 2 rooms. Our children's room had a broken bed (slats missing) which was positioned so near the fridge that the fridge didn't open. Blankets in both rooms were old and not too clean and one matress was badly stained and smelly.
Bathrooms were DIRE. There was little (no) hot water much to the disgust of our daughter.
The 'kitchens' were worn and chipped and cutlery and crockery cheap and damaged. We were glad that we had not planned to cook or eat in the room. We were alarmed to read that 'bicycles were prohibited in the corridors' and that we had to take out our own rubbish and put our sheets etc into a pillowcase on the day of departure. The hotel was clearly a 'residence' as well as a holiday location. If you want to avoid second rate accommodation then forget this place and try an Etap Hotel (or similar) instead.
Extra charge for car park.
Didn't dare try the swimming pool!
Definately NOT recommended. WE SHALL NOT RETURN.

Hotel looked ok from outside and also lobby was nice, but rooms were smelly, worn, filthy and blankets desperately needed be changed. The beds were uncomfortable too, Up in the mezzanine it was so hot that I had to sleep downstairs in a roll over bed undet the sofa bed.

I have used few other hotels in the area, but this was the worst.
