Somewhat bleak exterior aside, the hotel itself is ok. Rooms are pretty small, water pressure in the showers is very low but at least you can open the windows.

Top marks for free wifi though!

Breakfast is ok, maybe a little uninspiring but reasonable. The hotel is fine if you just want a place to crash, but dont book in expecting anything more...

Excellent staff! The only reason I remained sane for so long. The hotel is a bit run-down, though provides all the amenities. The bar is good and the restaurant is OK. After three years I needed a change. They train chefs every Monday, so the food is dicey at best. The Greek and Italian staff are the very best around. Treat them well!

Randers offers the Elvis Museum, Glove Factory, Micro-Brewery and the odd cool museum. You have a number of bars too, Barry's Pub being the first and foremost one.

Randers is known for three things: Drug-city of Denmark. HQ of Hell's Angels. HQ of Bandidos. Besides this, people are friendly, though a tad desperate to find a life elsewhere.

I have been staying in this hotel for a week now & it has been a good experience.. the service has been really good which starts from the check-in till you check out.. Breakfast & the restaurants are good & the location of the hotel near the city centrum provides an easy access to all our needs...

Even though the hotel is approved by Jamie Oliver, the dinner served at the hotel needs improvement. Breakfest is good and the view (if you get a room on the right side) is beautiful.
