I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza at the Brussels Airport on 5 February 2012,The hotel Room was superb,Had Dinner at the Restaurant there and it was quite nice.The only problem was the shuttle service,it is available on the weekend by use of a private taxi,but you must contact the hotel first,Not used to the Brussels telephone system and wasting about 4 Euros trying to get through to the Hotel,I hailed a taxi which cost me 10 Euros,be careful of the Taxis,some of them are private cars who claim they are authorized as taxis,and their cost is quite high.Outside of the shuttle problem,i definitely would stay there again,cheers

High quality rooms, confortable and for an hotel very close to the airport, you are not disturbed at all by airplane noises.

Personel is very friendly and multi-lingual.

Large parking.

More expensive than Crowne plaza in city but much better value.

Lovely, striking hotel, well appointed and with good service. Only 2 gripes - the room rates are high even at negotiated rates. Restaurant prices are also really high - cheapest main course was pasta at €22. Desserts should also have been far better for €8. Although staying on business I could not bring myself to have breakfast as well - fortunately a good shop next door with a bakery section. Airport very close by and connections good with regular shuttle bus.

The hotel is a really beautiful, modern, clean with big and well furnished room. Beautiful bathrooms and really comfortable beds.

I had a problem during my stay with a freezing cold room. After calling the house keeping a very nice person came to my room and fixed it in around 15 minutes. He even called me after another 20 minutes to check that everything was fine. The restaurant is good but quite overpriced, plus you are obliged to get the 5 euro little bottle of water, no tap available. The breakfast is really poor, maybe it was the worse detail in my stay. Poor selection of bread and cereals, very sad ham and cheese slices. The position is perfect for the airport.
