I've stayed one night,
POSITIVE ASPECTS: airport shuffle, quiet room, clean, nice staff speaking many languages, beautiful hotel, tv has many channels, tea ,coffee, chocolate available, everything really fine.
The location is perfect for those who need to be not far from the airport or doing business not far from the hotel.

NEGATIVE ASPECT: my rate was quite high and did not include breakfast which is a pity for single travelers (of course I could pay for it but a rate comprehensive of breakfast is always welcome).

Stayed overnight on my way home from travels in Europe. Conveniently close to the airport and accessible by train as there is a stop right at the hotel. The same train line takes you right into the heart of Brussels as well. I arrived early and was able to check in early with no issue. Hotel room was bright, clean and quiet. Staff were very professional and helpful in all encounters. Breakfast buffet was included in the price and had lots of good choices. Wireless complimentary only in the lobby area, if you want to have access in your room there is an extra charge. Highly recommended and would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a package trip to see Andre Rieu in concert in Brussels and were not disappointed. The room was very modern with a large power shower and a bath with shower. It was clean and tidy so no complaints at all. The bed however was something else!!! Probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on.........!!!! I thought it would be very noisy being next to the airport and the railway station but i was pleasantly surprised. It was a 15 minute train ride into Brussels and about 5 euros return. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for any of the companies on Pegasus Park.

Rooms are clean and a good size with excellent bathrooms and that all important pillow choice. Mattress was horribly soft but that's my only gripe.

Restaurant is ok but limited. Fortunately the rail station is literally over road with trains to Brussels twice an hour. In twenty minutes you are down town Brussels with a choice of excellent eateries and all the choc you can eat.

Staff are simply brilliant. English speaking and very attentive.

WIFI for about 12 euros for 24 hours.

Would stay again.
