Qick and friendly check-in, clean room, comfy bed, staff very helpfull, american buffet breakfast, huge choices of hot and cold dishes ! in the evening at dinner at hotels restaurant, toke the flemish stew, the meat was not stewed enought, so the meat was still hard !The shuttle to the airport is free, you can leave the car at the hotel parking, so no stress to leave on holiday. On behalve my beef stew, everything was fine for me. I come again !

Loved the convenient location of this hotel. Great breakfast. Not the ordinary...but extraordinary. Clean and very well maintained building. Great staff. Very professional and helpful. Ask about the weekend rate. We paid about 75 euro for one night. Not as affordable on the weekdays as they cater to the business clientele. Free wifi in the hotel lobby!

The Novotel at Brussels Airport offers a pleasant atmosphere, with functional, modern and very clean bedrooms. All bathrooms have a separate shower and bathtub, and separate toilets. Beds are comfortable, there are tea/coffee making facilites, a minibar with standard itmes and flatscreen TVs. If you stay there in the summer, they have an inner courtyard with a playground for children and nice greenery. Breakfast is fine, but avoid lunch or dinner. The choice is very limited and the offered items are convenience food (deep frozen pizza, deep frozen burgers). All in all, I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a functional place near the airport (10 minutes drive on the hotel shuttle).

Stayed for one night only, business trip. Hotel was clean with friendly staff and room was comfortable at a more affordable price than surrounding hotels. I would use the hotel again if I had an early flight from Brussels airport.
