Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was cold when we arrived and took quite a bit of time to room get heated enough.

One good service they have is the free shuttle to airport which i think is very convenient for poeple who is which to take flights from Brussels Air port.

I have never been to Brussels before and therefore have no comparison to make with other hotels in Brussels but not the best hotel I have stayed in.

I am sorry to learn that your experience has not been fully satisfactory.

We have taken your comments seriously and measures have been taken to improve… As the climatic conditions were so rude, managing the room temperature before guest arrival was our purpose.... But as I can read, our precautions were not enough in this case.

“Simple, Reliable & Functional”

A good choice near the airport, just a bit overpriced for what it is (130 euros a night for 2 - 3 star hotel)
I appreciate all the ecological efforts. A good clean room, with good temperature controls, comfortable bed, very good service at reception, shuttle to & from airport. Had an excellent sleep, which is important!
Overall I'm happy with the stay and I'd stay here again.

“Poor quality service”

I spent 4 nights in the Ibis Brussels Airport and was quite disappointed by the service level and quality.

First, the receptionist was not very nice (was typing and did not answer my questions while I was waiting). Second I had an issue with the shower which was every minute going very hot for a few seconds. As a consequence it was not really comfortable to take a shower and my skin went pretty red one day. I mentionned that issue after the first night at the reception. Answer: Nobody asked if I got burned or proposed to move to an other room for the next days or went with me in the room to see the problem. The guy only took note of the problem without talking to me and did not mention when this was going to be solved. To make a long story short it never got solved during my stay.

So the hotel itself is ok but service (and this starts with being polite with customers) has been unacceptably poor. The satisfaction contract advertised by Ibis at the back of the room key is not met by far...

“A nice Overnight Stay”

Stayed in this hotel for a night during my return trip to Delhi. The hotel is close to airport and lives up to the reputation of the ibis chain. Rooms are reasonably sized, have nice bed with firm mattresses, small but convenient bath and free Wi-Fi facility with good speed. It is fully equipped to meet the needs of the transit passengers with a 24x7 restaurant serving variety of food at reasonable cost. Above all, the hotel has very good complimentary bus services to airport at every half an hour and all the hotel staff incloding the bus driver are very nice and always ready to help you with a smile. The only thing I missed was a complimentary tea and coffee making facility in the room which otherwise is provided in most of the ibis hotels.
Certainly I will stay here again during my next trip to Brussels.

Not clear what is the policy of Ibis Belgium regarding internet. I stayed in Ibis - Leuven 3 nights before and there the internet use in my room was free. In Diegem they wanted for this service I believe approx. € 10,00. I think this is very disturbing. Ibis should have one rule at least in one country, preferably all over the world.
