Have visited this hotel at various times throughout the year. Lovely large swimming pool and sauna area. Nice gym. Customer service at this hotel is of a high standard especially if you are staying as a family with children. Rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable. Also stayed as a couple over the New Year period and pleased to see that their standards had remained the same. Would recommend.

Lovely receptionist - asked for quiet room and she put me at the end of a corridor. When entering the room I thought I would close the window as there was a lot of traffic noise. To my horror it was already closed!!! Bed was also noisy, springs making loud squeaks whenever you moved. Apart from this, Ok. Bathroom had some nice touches but was a bit smelly. Breakfast very nice.

We stayed here during the week between Christmas and New Year after getting a good deal on laterooms.com. We wanted to base ourselves outside Glasgow in order to attend a football match and go sales shopping and this hotel turned out to be the perfect base for both.

Room was of a good standard and we were not disturbed once during the night - very quiet despite the hotel being obviously busy.

Would really recommend the restaurant as the food was superb as was the portion size. Breakfast was also excellent with a huge amount of choice covering all requirements.

We stayed here on Boxing Day for one night and booked through Hotels.com, where we received a very good price for bed and breakfast. Staff were friendly and professional during every encounter and nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed here previously and despite booking the same level of room (standard double), our room this time was considerably smaller than the one we received on our previous visit. We were a little disappointed with this as the hotel was fairly quiet and it is also worth a mention that despite our room being non smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke.
The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere and is very easy to get to. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym, ample parking and room service.The prices at the bar are reasonable and dinner is a decent price with a fairly wide variety. We chose to eat at the nearby Toby's Carvery so can't comment on the quality of the food! Breakfast as expected was full of choice and very enjoyable.
I would certainly reccommend!
