Overall a nice hotel! Our room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was very small, but clean. AC worked great, but was loud. The holidome area was nice, but very chilly. We had problems getting into hotel from outside and had to monkey around with our card numerous times. We were surprised to find out there were no elevators for our second floor room from the outside entrance.

This is our grandchildren's favorite place to stay, and we travel with them a lot. We always get a room off of the holidome so they have access to the indoor pool and all of the games. Plus, they have room to run! There is also a bar/restaurant on the edge of the dome. We ate there one night and the food was okay. They also had a manager's reception on one of the nights of our stay with free drinks and appetizers. We paidn about $120 a night for two queens, a sleeper chair, and breakfast was free. A very good deal in my opinion. Rooms were clean.

We travel with a dog and often stay at the Eastgate Holiday Inn in Cinti - this was the same $$ but a huge disappointment. Very dated hotel, second floor room with no elevator :-( not great when you have rods in your back and neck not to mention this is a pretty good indicator of how dated the hotel is. We had a non-smoking room that smells like smoke. I am actually writing this review from the room. There is a brand new Hampton Inn next door and if I wasnt traveling with a dog that is where I would have moved to tonight. I will not be back.. either leave my dog with the dog sitter or stay in another brand farther away. I have found that Holiday Inns tend to be 50/50 I stayed at one when I was in Rochester and it was horrible. It was independently owned so Holiday Inn corporate wouldnt do anything to help us resolve it. Perhaps because its franchised is why the brand is so inconsistent from hotel to hotel. I may switch to Marriott they accept dogs and seem to have more consistency.
