It was a comfortable place to stay; very clean, roomy, and the staff were friendly. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were also great especially when it's icy outside. Breakfast was also yummy. More importantly, it was affordable.

This motel exceeded our expectations! We were impressed with the quality of our room, the cleanliness, decor, etc. A big plus was the indoor pool, which our young grandson loved! The hotel staff was very friendly as well as helpful! We will definitely be staying here again!

Our 5-night visit to St. Louis was for a family reunion and New Year's celebration. Our visit was made even better because of our hotel experience! Everything about Best Western in Mehlville was wonderful. All the staff (front desk, morning breakfast hostess and maid service) were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Some of the wooden furniture looked a bit worn, but not overly so. We were delighted with the amenities, pool, breakfast and exercise room, and because we were there for an extended stay, it began to feel like home. Even our in-town family joined us to watch a football game in the lounge area and ordered pizza.

There is so much offered for breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, 2 different waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins and fruit) that even after 5 mornings of eating breakfast there we never tired of it. The eating area is large and the friendly hostess keeps everything filled and clean.

From now on, THIS is the place we're staying when we visit our family in St. Louis. It feels like home away from home. : )
