We had our wedding here in December 2011. Venue and rooms perfect. The whole day was wonderful. Food was excellent. Have eaten in the restaurant also previously and would highly recommend as glorious food. All our guests rooms were very lovely and very individual. My family all stayed in suites with jacuzzi baths and lovely views over the parkland. Breakfast was also good, cooked to order and buffet continental. Lovely old traditional feel to the hotel but not dirty or out of date. Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I stayed in Cantley House Hotel for 6 days in Oct 2011 when I came for a business trip to nearby Bracknell. It is a lovely country house that evokes instant memories of days gone by. The stay started off on a very positive note, thanks to the lovely girl at the reception (sadly, I didn't get her name, but she was on duty on the night of 23 Oct) who was very friedly and very cheerful. My room was in the new wing and was adequate, though a bit on the small side. the back door opened out to a pretty garden, but as it was raining most of the time that I was there, I couldn't really enjoy the beauty of the garden. The two negatives in the room were (a) no wi-fi, so you have to sit in the corner of the room where the internet point is located, and (b) no light in that particular corner, so the study table lacks proper illumination. The breakfast was good and the setting was indeed nice, as was the service.

Warm and friendly reception, easy check-in, beautiful bedroom (suite of 3 rooms), jacuzzi bath and large power shower. Had dinner with my daughter in the hotel's "Miltons Restaurant" that evening - food was excellent. The ambience was more that of a gastro pub than fine dining restaurant- however the informal atmosphere was perfect, relaxed and fun.

Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception were held here, and most of the guests stayed for the weekend. We were very well looked after, and everything ran smoothly - we were very impressed and would recommend it to other couples and their families. The rooms and gardens made a lovely setting and the catering and food were excellent.
