room clean,breakfast very nice good choice of food,waitress very friendly and efficient. receptionist even offered us his sat nav who was very helpfull and knowledgable,hotel on main road easy reach of worcester city.

Great Stay, nice friendly staff in both reception and restaurant. Room clean, warm with a really comfortable bed.
Dinner was good value as they serve 2 for £10.99 Deals, food was standard pub food and OK. Breakfast was very good with the hot food cooked to order (Kids under 16 eat free).
Hotel on main road between Worcester and Birmingham.
Only paid £29 for the room

The room was clean and tidy, lovely big bed and comfy pillows. Exellent power shower.
Huge breakfast with good choice. Also, had a wonderful family meal in the evening and the staff really looked after us.

I stayed at this hotel iin November when I arrived I was booked in to my room the receptionist gave me my Restraunt voucher and told about the breakfast arrangment
Whent to my room an switched the TV on only to find that there was no digital channels exactly that same as the last time I stayed here in September. Then I was told that the tv would be fixed, the next day,this was a different room and my colleagues room was exactly the same clearly she was lieing
When I when to the Swan pub next door to eat I was informed that they had a gas leak and that there was no food. They made no attempt at all to help couldn't care less. I asked will they be serving breakfast and was told yes the leak is fixed now.

Guess what, yes when I went for breakfast there was only toast and the toaster wasn't working correctly only toasted one side and again the the staff couldn't care less
Establishments like this shouldn't be supported
I tried to complain but there was no body in reception
I won't be back
