Have been there as part of a business trip.
Staff is friendly. Free Wifi is a very nice service. Rooms are clean but beds are not the tallest ones (people over 1,90 Meters WILL get problems).
Food is ok, breakfast under average (scrambled eggs were gone and no refill for 30 Mins, choice was below average)

We have just had a great New Year Eve Dinner Dance at the Grange, we have been going for a few years now and it is getting very popular as it was fully booked this year. They do a three course dinner, with Buck's Fizz to start and as much tea and coffee and mince pies as you want and you can get a bacon buttie at the end. It was so popular this year they even had tables in the dining room and having the lounge meant that you could chill out, chat and let the disco be loud and still be able to talk. Lots of baloons and party poppers and hooters etc., on the table. They had a chocolate fountain and some roulette wheels, you are given some fun money to play with, it is just for fun with a prize for who won the most and you get a complementry raffle ticket. The hotel itself is in the middle of Bracknell and the area is a bit 60's shabby, but that is not what you go there for as it is in the middle of the town you are right over the shops. They are having a Valentine's Dinner Dance which we are looking forward to going to.

Spent New Years Eve with loads of friends and we had a great time. Buffet was top notch with hot and cold dishes ranging from salmon, crab, salads and pasta through to beef bourgignon and chichen jalfrezi.. More puddings than you could shake a stick at followed by cheeses etc. A fantastic array and as much as you wanted. It stayed out for a few hours so there was never any queing as they regularly replaced the dishes. The disco dance was fun with a fantastic dj and i believe everyone had a great time. We stayed over and had a loveley quiet superior room followed in the morning with a great buffet style breakfast again all freshly cooked every few minutes. Staff were great and all in all a loveley way to see the New Year in. This was our second New Years dance there and would make it our third in a row but for a holiday abroad next xmas/ new year.

The hotel is a soulless tower block surrounded by stark, modernist sixties architecture which doesn' fill you with hope as you arrive. The reception however is very nice and welcoming and this continues throughout the hotel. My room although a little dated was large comfy and well equipped. The bar and restaurant are excellent and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay again if I end up in Bracknell.
