I stayed at that hotel only during the day (I even didn’t sleep). I needed late check-out but my hotel refused so I booked nearby cheapest hotel.
Room is pretty clean and simple. This hotel is value for money. Pretty cheap and ok. However for vacation I prefer more expensive hotels.
The major disadvantages:
- public beach is overcrowded. Yes, it is sandy but I prefer rocky beach (like as most beaches on Malta). It is not comfortable to swim and relax on this beach.
- It seems that hotel is too close to bars and it may be noisy at night.

Conclusion:
Great for late check-out if you lived in 4* or 5* hotels on the north of St. George Bays.
Good budget hotel.

Bay street hotel is excellent, if your young.... because the night life is great and the hotel is 2 min walk from all the bars and clubs. Hotel is very nice for a 4star..... i recommend the hotel to anyone......

BayStreet Hotel is an ideal area if you like clubbing, bars and many restaurants There are also some shops and a small beach ,theres also a lovely marina which has a number of restaurants surrounding it .The hotel is also only a10minute walk to Spinola Bay which is an old fishing port but now has many restaurants and bars surrounding the bay.

Stayed there for a week for Christmas; staff & reception polite; WiFi good @ 5 Euro per day. Rooms below average; hotels' location-the worst possible, on the top of a shopping mall! Constant noise & music from around. Forget about 4 stars; 2 the most! Apart from all this, the island is beautyful and people are lovely! I would go again!:)
