Very bad... Far away from the airport. Waiting for the bus ca. 30 min. than it takes 15 min. to the hotel!!!! Vi order no smoking room for us and informed the receptionist that we are coming with the dog and small baby. She said that it is ok. After 12 hours on our way reached we the hotel and they told us that we have to sleep in the smoking room!!! I checked the room and it was horrible!!! The cigarette smoke was already in the corridor and the smell in the room is indescribable... In the 2011 where all of the placese try to be NON-SMOKING.... I refused the room and told them that we confirmed our order by the phone and that i would like to have non-smoking room for my family. The receptionist told me,that i can get non-smoking room for me and the baby, but we have to pay for 2 rooms...It was almost midnight, we were tired and very angry and dissatisfied... In the end got we one room free, but it cost a lot of my energy...And my husband had a horrible night in the very smelly room!! He has astma and it was just horrible.....We travel often, with the dog end baby,all over the europe and it is normal that we get non-smoking room. The another hotels have some rooms for people with pets because of allergy.
It is better hotels in the Gardermoen area!!!!V

I often stay at this hotel to catch an early flight at Gardermoen. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are small, but clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, a nice start to a long travel day.

The hotel is located by the E6 main road where it passes by Norway's main airport. The distance to the airport is about 4 km. Shuttle buses costing NOK 60 are available. Location is fine if you need to stay near the airport or you are driving by, but not too interesting otherwise. There's a McDonalds just outside if you're into that kind of stuff.

The hotel seems to date from the mid 1990s. Both interior and exterior are nothing special, but not too bad either.

Staff was friendly and gave me a room even if I arrived before 10am.

The room was as expected, dominated by a large, comfortable bed. There was a tiny desk, a TV, a luggage shelf and a small wardrobe. The bathroom had a shower, a WC and a sink, all of normal standards. Simple tolietries and nice, soft towels were provided.

The room had good sound-proofing, but I did have to keep the window open as I found the ventilation inadequate.

Food was OK. Breakfasts tend to be very good at Rica properties, this one was not something to be very excited about. Fresh newspapers (in Norwegian) were available at all times.

To sum it up, I found this an OK hotel. But I would not go to this area unless there was a specific need to stay here.

Well, it is an airport hotel, so do not expect the London Ritz. The hotel beds are soft and comfy, the breakfast is nice. However, it is not too close to the airport, so it does require that you take the bus which can cost a bit. The rooms are -tiny-. The bathroom was especially little. We could not believe that we had a double room, it must have been a single room with a double bed. They had forced a chair down in a corner, but there was not enough space to sit in it. Over all, OK hotel for one night. But if you are staying in Oslo, I would recomend either the Radisson hotel at Gardermoen, or any of the Rica hotels in downtown Oslo.
