My trip to this hotel was mostly for business, but some part of it was for pleasure too. Let me start with the cons:
- Service:
* Not very helpfull when asking for a spa-treatment. Just handed me a list and a read for yourself.
*When asking for wine in the bar, the waitress didn`t know anything about the wine I ordered, and came with a glass that was almost empty. My wallet was almost empty too after that : )
* I`m a piano-player man, and just before we should leave I played some tunes on the piano. The reseption-man came to me and ordered me to stop. There were guests in the dinner-room, and he thought they wanted peace and quiet.
- The dinner:
* The taste was quite OK, but there wasn`t much to choose from.
Pros:
- Nice location.
- Great SPA (not driven by the hotel, but it is a part of the hotel) Costs a little extra, but the massage was fantastic!
- Nice and clean rooms. Not very 2010, but I could relax and enjoy my stay when entering the room. Good beds.
- The dessert-table and breakfast-table: Although the dinner was so and so, the dessert-table and breakfast-table was great. So if you`re more of a dessert-guy then a dinner-guy you will appreciate the food : ) I did!
- Nice and clean meeting-rooms
- NIce and clean toilets.
Summary: Good hotel. Will not say I`m overwhelmed, but absolutely worth a stay. Other persons may not react as much as I did about the friendliness and service as I did, but I feel it`s important to be appreciated as a guest. Not awfull service, but not good either.
