Before flying to Europe we stayed in the Cumulus for one night. Hotel looks nice from in- and outside. It really is a airport hotel as there is nothing around, but other similar hotels, warehouses and office buildings. Checking in went well and easily. The reception desk´s location is a little bit odd, as it will block all the other traffic when having a queue. Rooms are nice and peacefull although the signs of heavy use is visible. Beds are comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was ok. Good, but slow service. Maybe they need more staff over there. Furthermore the restaurant was decent and spacy. During our stay we faced a horrible morning due to many morning travelers.
Breakfast was hopeless as so many tables were not cleaned after previous eaters. There were plenty of tables, but no space for your own plate and glass of juice. Lack of staff again? Checking out was done in a long queue, blocking the space of other guests.
The next step was the shuttle bus to airport, which was stuffed full with people. It stopped, but there was no space. So we had to take a taxi to te airport. As the Cumulus is the last hotel in the shuttle line, you might get a rough ride, when standing with your suitcase in the aisle. Well it is free of charge, which is good.
A stay for one night is ok. Beware of the crowdy breakfast monent.
