We ended up staying at this hotel since every other hotel closer toLegoland was full. We got a good deal, 995 DKR for a double room with a a sofa bed for the kids.
It was really nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day at Legoland. The pool was a bit cold but I loved the steam sauna. We had dinner in the main restaurant, the Panorama restaurant. They had a buffet for 225 Dkr per person and kids under 12 ate for free. The food was good, lots of danish food and the service was friendly. They had set up a special playroom not far from the restaurant and we were able to finish our food in peace while the kids played or watched cartoons. The view is lovely from the restaurant, to to get a table by the windows.
After dinner my husband and went to take a look at the golf museum in the hotel. Itäs not big but interesting even if you're not a golfer.
The room was fairly spacious but a bit dated. The carpet was really old with lots of strange stains. The room in itself was clean but I checked out the minibar and it was soaking wet with half drunk bottle in it...
The breakfast was nice, lots of different options.
All in all it was a good stay. The hotel is really huge and it feels a bit dated but I love the midcentury modern furniture. It family friendly. Also it would be a great hotel for a convention or a family reunion.
